Daniel J. Ryan
Daniel J. Ryan is of counsel with Trinity Law Group LLC, where he is engaged from time to time on specific matters. Dan focuses on the organizational, operational, and transactional needs of entrepreneurs, startups, emerging and mid-sized companies, as well as representing angel and venture capital investors in early-stage investments and transactional matters.
Dan practiced corporate and transactional law at large, international firms prior to joining Trinity Law Group, and has counseled and represented a variety of businesses from inception through exit, from sole proprietors through Fortune 500 companies. He has represented both angel and venture capital investors from some of the leading private equity firms in the country, and has counseled companies with a variety of operational matters as outside general counsel. He has also presented on corporate and business law topics to attorneys, entrepreneurs, and businesses, and as an adjunct lecturer at Merrimack College and a recurring guest speaker to MBA students at MIT Sloan School of Management and the University of Colorado.
His diverse practice embraces all aspects of the organization and operation of corporations, limited liability companies, and other business ventures and non-profit organizations, including:

Education and Admissions
Dan is a graduate of Boston College Law School (J.D.) and the University of Michigan (B.A.). He is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts and Colorado and is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Lawrence Bar Association.
He lives in North Andover, Massachusetts, with his wife, daughter, and two energetic Labs, where he enjoys skiing, golfing, LOST, traveling, singing, and has performed in local theater.
