Daniel T. Clark

Daniel T. Clark, member and managing attorney of the greater Boston firm, Trinity Law Group, intensely focuses on the organizational, venture financing, operational, capital and transactional requirements of entrepreneurs, start-ups, emerging and mid-sized companies and as well as representing venture capital funds and angel groups in investment transactions and C-level executives in compensation, employment and termination matters.

He is a graduate of both Harvard Law School (J.D., 1976) and Massachusetts Institute of Technology (S.B., 1973), where he was elected a member of the academic honor society, Sigma Pi Sigma. The American Bar Foundation has inducted Dan as a Fellow “in recognition of exemplary dedication to the profession, commitment to the work of the American Bar Foundation and support for the ideals and objectives of the American Bar Association.” American Bar Association Fellow membership is limited to only one percent of lawyers licensed to practice in each jurisdiction. Members are nominated by Fellows in their jurisdiction and elected by the Board of the American Bar Foundation.

Daniel T. He represents firms, investors and entrepreneurs in numerous industries including the venture capital, computer and internet, secured lending, informational service, publishing, investment, pharmaceutical, real estate and environmental businesses. Dan Clark has served as the lead counsel in large and small mergers and acquisitions, including industry roll-ups, initial and secondary securities offerings, venture capital and private equity investments, strategic alliances, and business wind-downs.

Mr. Clark is active in community affairs, having served in major leadership roles with church and youth organizations. He lives in Reading, Massachusetts with his wife Ruth and has raised four children.
